A talk entitled "Underground Manchester" by Keith Warrender. A fascinating talk about what lies beneath city landmarks, tunnels stretching beyond the city boundaries, details about the nuclear bunker beneath the city of Manchester and much, much, more. Keith has recently published a book of the same title, which is published by Willow Publishing, and he will be bringing copies of the book with him for those who may wish to buy one. Free to members and non-members alike. We also have a comprehensive bookstall at all of our meetings at Park House and sell a wide range of DVD's/CD's, books etc. Please feel free to come and browse. |
