Thank you to everyone who attended the Friends Meeting which was held on 17th November 2010.
Issues that were raised included staffing levels, printing issues and the security of Local Studies material.
Since the meeting took place measures have been taken to resolve some of the issues that were raised. A further part time post was created and in January 2011 this post was filled. The Local Studies public area has been restructured and some material has been transferred to the archive stores. The printing issues are under consideration.
Following on from this meeting a proposal was raised by a small group of Friends to create a self governing sub group.
